We also offer enlargements, framing, block-mounting and Canvas’s at an additional charge If you are refered to us by a past customer you can receive a 5% discount on all packages A deposit of $250 is required for all wedding bookings. 14 days prior to the date 50% of the balance is required, final payments will be made on collection of your photographs. Payments may be made by cheque, money order, cash or direct deposit. Copyright Information Wedding clients retain full copyright of their wedding photographs. They may copy the CD, print further images or send files electronically for any private or non – commercial use. In all other cases; The photographer supplies the technical and artistic service to illustrate an idea photographically. The customer purchases the right to use the image for his/her specific illustrative requirements. In all cases, except weddings, the photographer retains copyright ownership of all photos, unless otherwise agreed. Among the rights retained by the photographer is the right to resell or reprint images for advertising or promotional purposes. This may be waived if the client is image specific, for example images that depict the client’s corporate logo.
